Born into a humble family, Mr. Faria started working in a mechanical workshop at the age of 14. By day, he machined motorbike engines; by night, he studied precision mechanics—often surviving the long hours with nothing but a packed lunch and unwavering determination. For six years, his days began at 7:30 a.m. and ended at 11:00 p.m.—a routine built on discipline, sacrifice, and grit. His first professional work was on a manual lathe, rectifying crankshafts. But more than the machines, it was the art of precision, the elegance of engineering, that ignited a lifelong passion for mechanical excellence. In 1982, he transitioned into plastic injection mold manufacturing, deepening his expertise and refining his craft. Yet, despite the growth, he began to feel constrained—his ambition outpacing the limits of his environment. So in 1989, with courage and conviction, Mr. Faria took a decisive leap and founded his own company.
